Computational Linguistic

For being a master in Computational Linguistic I have to read two published magazines regularly :
1> ACL Anthology
2> COLING
ACL anthology is very interesting . Its a little bit difficult also.But I have to read a lot to understand all of these research papers in ACL anthology .If any one can read each & every research paper in ACL anthology then definitely he will be master in Computational Linguistic.
